Kickboxing Classes

Our Kickboxing classes offer a fast-paced combat sport that blends punches and kicks, demanding speed, agility, and powerful strikes to out compete opponents.

Boxing is a classic combat sport where you use footwork, strategy, and a flurry of punches to hit your opponent while avoiding getting hit yourself. It's all about skill and speed!

MMA Classes

Our MMA classes offer a dynamic combat sport merging Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Wrestling. Fighters master striking and grappling techniques, both standing up and on the ground.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to be fit before coming?
    Absolutely not. So long as you are in good health, we will get you fighting fit in no time. If you are already fit, we will take your fitness and your skill-sets to new heights, but no matter what your fitness level, come expecting to be challenged.
  • What do I need to bring/ wear?
    For your first session you will need to wear something comfortable and baggy. T-shirts, vests, Joggers, shorts or leggings will be acceptable. Make sure there are no zips or unnecessary buttons on any item. If you have your own gloves, hand wraps, and boxing boots please bring them along but, if you don’t, it’s not a problem.
  • What happens on the 7 day free trial?
    During the whole week, you will have the option to trial out our Kickboxing, Boxing and MMA classes. You will get a chance to train with our coaches, try out the facility and learn some basic fundamentals. Sparring classes are completely off limits during the 7-day free trial.
  • Do I need experience in Martial Arts?
    Nope! You don't need any martial arts experience to join. You can be a complete beginner with zero experience. We've trained hundreds of students from different backgrounds, skill levels, and age groups. You're in good hands!
  • Can I just attend a class?
    We offer a 7-day free trial to try out our classes. After that, you can choose a monthly membership plan. The classes you can attend will depend on the plan you select.
